They've covered my family for many years, but now they're saying because of federal mandates, they cannot provide coverage anymore without SSNs. Obviously, most people have no idea how such rules affect and to so many people. I'm at a loss as what to do, as they don't even give enough time, just few days and it it's terminated. There are other carriers that will offer coverage with an H4 visa. My employer doesn't have a group insurance because there are not many participants & whenever he tries to get one from any agent, they are quoting this as the reason & not providing us with any insurance.
