Hi Kevin,

You need to contact the state insurance regulator in your state. Your company could be in violation of their obligation to keep your COBRA in force. This is of course assuming you have proof of your payments to them.

Please feel free to contact me to discuss further.

Regards,

Billy

I got injured aug of 06, started cobra payments early Jan of 07' (I believe) and ended up with over $60,000 in dept for myself & wife's cobra insurance premiums, of course not paid by employer, employer changed insurance carriers 3 times and did not remit my cobra payments nor notify me on one change resulting in a 30,000 dollar hospital bill for my wife insurance wouldn't pay,,, do I have any basis for a partial refund ???
